Before joining CHH, Sunny Chigbufue was the Chief Operations Officer of Busa and Company Limited Manpower. Prior to joining Busa and Company Limited , he worked as HR/Manpower Manager of Aerix Group, he worked with GUS Consulting Ltd as Senior Recruitment Consultant where he manages all business related issues of the company, also he worked at Popham Walter Odusote Ltd. (P.W.O ) as Assistant HR Manager/Manpower Planner, and previously as Admin Manager / Document Control Officer and I.T Consultant/Computer Application Trainer with I.M Communication Ltd. and VS-Concepts Africa respectively.
Sunny holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Nigeria Nsukka, and Diploma in Religious Studies from same University. Joshua have various certifications in ICT which includes CISCO CCNA, MCSA, CCNP, COMPTA+, Computer and Hacking Forensics Investigation (CHFI), CISSP, Network Security, Diploma in Web design and Project Management , all with Cybrary International Training Institute, United State of America and Alison Training Institute ,United Kingdom .

Mariam Jolayemi graduated with LLB from the university of Ibadan and B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. She is a corporate lawyer with a high degree of skill and expertise in providing legal advisory services and a strong bias for advising the upstream oil and gas industry on contract administration, transaction structuring, taxation, market entry and regulatory compliance regime.
She worked on a wide range of cross-border commercial transaction with a particular focus on energy law practice, project finance, privatization, commercial litigation and arbitration. She worked with the Niger State Ministry of Justice as a pupil state counsel (NYSC). She maintains membership with Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
Before joining Havilah Hydrocarbon Resources Management as the Legal/HR associate, Mariam worked with the law firm of G. Kolawole Quadri & Co where she was an Associate and played a key role in the firm’s commercial practice. Mariam is highly motivated, hardworking and industrious. She brings onboard a creative and analytical approach to solving issues arising from a range of corporate commercial transactions.
