Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5 – 10 years previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on various matters
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
