Requirements

•           BSc degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plus

•           5 – 10 years proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role

•           Negotiating contract terms with subcontractors and vendors 

•           Identifying potential contract risks and mitigation strategies 

•           Managing contract disputes and claims 

•           Monitoring contract performance against budget and schedule 

•           Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•           Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

Requirements

•           Complete a college course or an apprenticeship

•           5 – 10 years previous in similar role 

•           Experience in operating, routine maintenance, and repairing cranes and other pieces of heavy machinery

•           Implement and complete maintenance checklists

•           Monitor crane stability and load weights

•           Ensure travel routes are clear

•           Knowledge of safety protocols

•           Ability to work in noisy conditions

•           Ability to follow instructions

•           Valid crane operator certification
